[PvE] Retribution Paladin Rotation

This is a modified version of Xelpers ret pally rotation. Small tweaks have been added for raiding convenience. It pulls well over 20k (around 22-23k in FL and 25k in teir11 raids) dps at ilvl370. Cooldowns have been added into the rotation, GoAK, AW,Zeal all pop when combat starts and on cooldowns. Using them on cooldown is a DPS boost, you can prepot and pot during hero manually. Lay on Hands will cast when you are down to 15% hp, this doesn't happen often in raid but can be a lifesaver if healers go down. The spell order have been changed compared to Xelper and in real world and simucraft this version provided higher dps.


The Ret PVE Trash profile is the same as the one above minus the cooldowns. It is better to use this during the trash mobs about 5 minutes (the cooldown of GoAK) before a boss fight. It's useful to use the other during the starting trash since it'll get your dps on the chart.



There is also a rotation(Self-heal/Grind) that is made for grinding/questing. It uses Seal of Insight instead of Truth so it heals you all the time at the loss of some dps.



I added a testing rotation ('Aura Switching Test)' that does not require combat and uses Xelper's 'offensive spells' ability from his warrior profile and buba's aura abilities to auto cast auras depending if mounted. I added Shannox's Crystal Traps to the list of non-aggro mobs but there might be some that arn't there so I would advise using the PQRotation addon with debug mode to make sure it's casting the rotation. Again this is for TESTING.

Modifiers:

• Press Left Ctrl: Switches between AOE (Divine Storm) and Single Target (Crusader Strike). No need to switch rotations. When changed it will display a message in chat window.
  
• Hold Left Shift: Will Pause rotation and stop auto-attack. Useful when raid leader calls out stop dps and you don't want to switch targets.
  
• Press Left Alt: Will cast Hammer of Justice (Stun) on Mouse Over. Useful for quick stuns (ie Sons of Flame during Rag fight)

Notes:

• Please set "Combat Required" to Rotation Designated
  
• ("Aura Switching Test" Profile) When mounted it will cast Crusader Arua and when not Retribution Aura (Thank-you Bubba for this code in your Holy Pally rotation)
  
• It is a DPS LOSS to use AOE for anything less then FOUR(4) mobs. At four or greater mobs near you SoR and DS will have higher dps then SoT/CS.

I will post an updated version within a day that includes range checks so if you're running to an add it won't try to cast CS or TV instead they will fail range checks and you'll cast judgement. Also the major cooldowns (AW, Zeal, GoAK) use TV as their range check so you don't pop wings when the boss starts if you're out of range. Added hand of freedom to auto break stuns and such but still working on the list of debuffs that cause it. I know i'm missing a few stuns from Dragon Soul but i'm working on it.

What need to write, to do judgment first in focus, and then, if the focus is out of range in main target? Caus to do max dps need to increasing the duration out dot from seal of trust.

I updated my profile on 12/9 download (same as above link)

It now checks to make sure the spells are in range before casting and won't pop cooldowns unless in melee range.

I also included a crude hand of freedom but i'm still working on putting more debuffs in that list. I would advise using the "Ret Raid" profile for stability. I also plan on making an addon that monitors buffs and will cast buffs/auras so i can keep it separate and still let pqrotation go only on combat.

But as the new update , it doesn't use holy wrath ( ret pal mode) He uses Auto atack instead

Holy wrath can pop Divine Purpose so I'm wondering why u didnt add it to the rotation?

holy wrath is there under judgement before consecration, i just double checked the files i uploaded and it's there...BUT i just realized the ability is somehow not in the abilities list..wtf. I'll fix that, sorry idk where it went to but it's still listed in the rotation just the spell disappeared

i'm trying to add trinkets into the profile but no matter what i do it doesn't seem to be using them, any pointers?

I read on elitist jerks that hammer of wrath is lower on the rotation behind exorcism because of the crit nerf, Could be useful.

I saw on my priest profile it let me press left control and switch from aoe to single target at any time can this be added to this profile? I was using mentally's priest profile if you just want to copy paste.
