PQRotation for 4.0.6a Empty PQRotation for 4.0.6a

Hi I'm trying to use version 1.1 for a private server running Cata 4.0.6a but it doesn't seem to work, just loads up in edit mode. Is there a version that I can get for 4.0.6a? Thanks
